## Hold to earn

Verified jobs feed a reward pool. Holding \$SKILL3D is how you receive distributions when rewards are live.

## How rewards are meant to work

At a high level (when live):

1. Users pay for coaching with credits / USDC.
2. A share of revenue (plus creator LP fees after TGE) **buys \$SKILL3D** on the open market.
3. Bought tokens are distributed across that period’s **verified** job completions.
4. Every reward cycle is buy pressure tied to real usage — not infinite emissions.
