Troubleshooting

Camera or mic not working

  1. Check browser permissions for app.skill3d.work (Allow camera + microphone).
  2. Close other apps using the camera (Zoom, other browser tabs).
  3. Reload the page and start the session again.
  4. On iOS, use Safari (not in-app browsers).

Voice coach will not connect

  1. Confirm you have enough credits.
  2. Check network (Wi‑Fi or strong mobile data).
  3. Hard-refresh the app.
  4. If it still fails, sign out and back in, then retry.

“Get the app” does nothing

  • Chrome / Android / desktop: Wait for the install prompt; if the app is already installed, open it from the home screen.
  • iPhone: Use Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen (install guide).

Visualization failed

  1. Ensure the camera is live and the subject is in frame.
  2. Check credit balance (needs at least 5 credits).
  3. Try a clearer, better-lit frame and a more specific instruction.
  4. Retry once — transient model errors happen.

Session feels “stuck” or wrong

  • Reframe the camera; ask the coach to look again.
  • Start a New chat if the thread is noisy (archives the old one).
  • End the session and start fresh if the live connection is unhealthy.
